Our Quality Policy
Customers count on TRAXX laser machines for their robust design and extended lifespan. To ensure this reliability, we subject each laser to rigorous quality testing before delivery. Below, we provide details about the specific test steps that contribute to our machines’ exceptional performance and durability.

Throughout the production process, each TRAXX laser machine undergoes a series of meticulous quality controls, including:
- Precise adjustment of the laser beam to ensure accurate engraving results.
- Measurement of the working table’s evenness for optimal performance.
- Conducting a pressure test on the working table to ensure its integrity.
- Verification of power supply voltage and electrical safety compliance with E8701 standards.
- Endurance testing of the x-axis for flatbed lasers.
Finally, an engraving test is conducted to fine-tune the laser beam. Standardized samples of coated metal are engraved and compared to a reference sample from Quality Control to ensure and approve the engraving quality. This rigorous quality assurance process ensures that each TRAXX system meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Every laser machine and laser source we deliver is assigned a unique serial number. This practice enables us to promptly identify the root causes of any damage and address issues without delay.
