Smart aluminum table
The aluminum platform can be adjusted up and down 20cm and has a fixture (for engraving seals). A honeycomb platform comes with the machine to protect the aluminum platform during cutting.
HEAD PRESSURE AUTO FOCUS
Head Pressure Auto Focus is an advanced technology used in laser engraving and cutting machines. The system uses tactile surface detection to automatically adjust the focus of the laser beam. By sensing the physical contact with the material, it ensures that the distance between the material and the laser head is optimized for maximum precision and quality.
CW-5000 T-series industrial chiller
The Active Water Chiller is our refrigerated industrial chiller designed to keep precision cooling. Compressor pumps water through glass tubes at temperatures as low as 5º Celsius. The result is consistent high power and extended life for higher wattage laser tubes.
Accessories
CCD CAMERA
For applications requiring high-accuracy graphic alignment, an optional CCD Camera is available. This visual recognition system detects crop marks to calculate the exact coordinates of the workpiece. It automatically compensates for any material skew or positioning errors, ensuring the cutting path aligns perfectly with the printed graphics.
Rotary Axis for Cylindrical Engraving
Expand your machine’s capabilities beyond flat materials with the optional Rotary Axis. Designed to hold and rotate cylindrical items such as tumblers, glassware, and pipes, this system allows for continuous engraving around the entire circumference of the object. It eliminates the limitations of a flat bed, guaranteeing precise, distortion-free results on curved surfaces.
